At Provence Evermore, we publish a prestigious collection of illustrated books that beautifully showcase the rich heritage of Provence. Our books capture the magic, light, and color of the region, transforming them into precious heirlooms for discerning travelers like you.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our website to track the status of your delivery.
Due to the unique and artisanal nature of our books, our return policy differs from standard e-commerce practices. All Provence Evermore books are personalized and dedicated by the authors (Armel and Laurence Brucelle) specifically for you or your recipient, including the option to add a first name. Because these items are created according to your individual specifications, they are considered clearly personalized goods. Therefore, in accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, orders for our dedicated books do not benefit from the standard fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds based on a change of mind. What if the book arrives damaged? Naturally, if your book arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a defect, please contact us immediately at provenceevermoreoffice@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement.
